A Selection of Great Wines
Here we present just a small but select sample of the Italian wines
that have, even with changing times and styles, managed to
retain their importance, serving as examples for wine producers the world over.
Here we describe a few key characteristics of those wines that every
"wine gourmet" should know (and every so often taste). As wine is a
very serious topic that should never be rushed, we will add wines a few at
a time. In the end, we hope to create a book of the very best and most
carefully chosen wines. This book will be available at all times to
all of our Internet visitors.
